We are seeking for enthusiastic, honest, loyal person to work in our kitchen preparing meals and carrying out general kitchen duties.
The position would suit a current working chef, a person who wants to become a chef or somebody who enjoys cooking and would like to work in a public house.
We have a varied menu and always pushing the 
boundaries for special meals.
You will be expected to work various hours from 
10am to 10pm.
We are interested in applications from 
any of the following:

• Full time chef who has the ambition to 
  fully manage the kitchen
• Junior Chef who we will train and help 
  obtain professional qualifications
• Home Cook who wants to earn a 
  wage for their skills
